Torc Product Development Limited was incorporated in 2011 by principals who have over 20 years’ experience in product design and nearly as much in production management. We are currently working out of a factory near Lurgan in a convenient location for global logistics. We shipped goods to over 72 countries in the last year including Northern Ireland.
As a team of 7 highly skilled, dedicated designers and technicians we are efficient, adaptable and can make 1000 of identical units or 1, made to measure machine. With ISO 9001 : 2008 accreditation, programs in 5S and Lean on going, we are focused on continuous improvement of your products and our processes. We will build products, including one-offs, to your customers specifications, quality control it and ship it to your customer. We take pride in the quality of the components and assemblies we produce.
With continuous communication and adherence to deadlines we have earned loyal customers and developed successful products. Our processes leave room to make design changes during development and production with no large investment outlay. We provide a cost effective method for innovative organisations to develop new or custom products and bring them to market.
Our capacity for model making allows us to develop products that would be unfeasible using just digital processes such as anatomy or large scale components. Where appropriate we use high grade digitally printed parts that we manually finish to get excellent surface and interface quality. We can then replicate these parts as multiple castings, using in house silicone or fibreglass moulding techniques or when required outsource to our manufacturing partners.
Our technical capabilities, knowledge of high-performance materials and attention to detail are matched by our superior, highly-personalized customer service.
We have fostered working relationships with strategic partners in various fields of manufacturing expertise, such as material suppliers, plastic and metal fabricators and specialist engineers. These partnerships allow us to explore the most suitable methodology of production and avoid or resolve any issues.
These skills and collaborations also enable us to fabricate one off components and installations. These can range from simple electronic enclosures to large scale electro-mechanical installations such as interactive displays or promotional games.
On this Island we are lucky to be surrounded by some of the most fabulous, diverse and ancient treasures that have been built upon by subsequent generations leaving a excellent education in craft all around us.
From Stone age Monuments to digital Apps., through every malleable material and every tool, Ireland has produced premium quality product that push the contemporary boundaries.
Now, with rapid fabrication technologies and new materials constantly evolving, the limits to what can be made and when are dissolving. This makes the coordination of disciplines and the identification of excellence greater factors in making finest quality product than ever before.
